Lehigh Valley Kashrut Commission: This committee of the Hebrew Family League provides Kashruth supervision for the Jewish Community Center and a number of private establishments in the Lehigh Valley. Through the efforts of the LVKC, Kosher challah and other baked goods, Kosher fish, ice cream cake and more are made available to the Lehigh Valley Jewish community.
